3. Payments:

Payment terms will be specified in the contract. A deposit may be required before the project commencement, with progress payments due at predetermined stages. The final payment is due upon project completion. Failure to make payments may result in a delay or suspension of the project.

4. Project Scope and Changes:

Any changes to the project scope must be agreed upon in writing by both parties. Additional charges may apply for any modifications to the original agreement.

5. Permits and Approvals:

It is the client’s responsibility to obtain any necessary permits, licenses, and approvals required for the project. We can assist with the process, but the client remains ultimately responsible.

6. Project Timeline:

We will endeavor to complete the project within the agreed-upon timeline. However, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. We will keep you informed of any significant schedule changes.

7. Quality and Warranty:

We strive to provide high-quality workmanship and materials. We offer warranties on specific aspects of the construction, as outlined in the contract. Our warranty does not cover damage caused by neglect, misuse, or natural disasters.

8. Safety and Site Access:

Construction sites can be hazardous. For your safety and ours, we ask that you and any visitors follow safety guidelines and access restrictions while work is in progress.

9. Insurance:

MajesticRise Constructions carries insurance for liability and worker’s compensation. However, clients are encouraged to have their insurance for added protection.

10. Confidentiality:

We respect your privacy and will keep all project-related information confidential. We may use project images for promotional purposes with your consent.

11. Termination of Contract:

Either party may terminate the contract in writing if the other party breaches the agreement. Any termination will be subject to the terms specified in the contract.

12. Dispute Resolution:

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to seek an amicable resolution through negotiation or mediation.

13. Governing Law:

These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of United Kingdom. Any legal actions arising from this agreement shall be brought in the appropriate courts of United Kingdom.
